Hi team,
I was listening to the tape "Teachings to action" by <>s Bhupinder Singh. This quote is really mind blowing.
"Success is doing more than
what you need to
before you are asked to,
not because you have to,
but because you want to"

Two quotes I received over mail today!
Adversity has the effect of eliciting talents, which, in prosperous
circumstances, would have lain dormant."
"Don't be content with doing only your duty. Do more than your duty. It's the horse that finishes a neck ahead that wins the race."

He said, "There'll be tough times in building the Biz. Then don't lose faith on yourself. Because doubting yourself means, you're doubting God's creation." Man, that was as simple as it could get!!

I read this story on the net!! THis is what Ganesh told in the last conf call!!
The House of 1000 Mirrors
Long ago in a small, far away village, there was a place known as the
House of 1000 Mirrors. A small, happy little dog learned of this place
and decided to visit. When he arrived, he bounced happily up the stairs
to the doorway of the house. He looked through the doorway with his
ears
lifted high and his tail wagging as fast as it could. To his great
surprise, he found himself staring at 1000 other happy little dogs with
their tails wagging just as fast as his. He smiled a great smile, and
was answered with 1000 great smiles just as warm and friendly. As he
left
the house, he thought to himself, "This is a wonderful place. I will
come
back and visit it often."
In this same village, another little dog, who was not quite as happy as
the first one, decided to visit the house. He slowly climbed the stairs
and hung his head low as he looked into the door. When he saw the 1000
unfriendly looking dogs staring back at him, he growled at them and was
horrified to see 1000 little dogs growling back at him. As he left, he
thought to himself, "That is a horrible place, and I will never go back
there again."
All the faces in the world are mirrors. What kind of reflections do you
see in the faces of the people you meet?

Hi
I'm reading this amazing book "21 indispensable ways of Leadership" by John Maxwell. This is amazing book. One chapter a day really makes you a leader if you follow that chapter & implement it. It begins with chapter 1 as character. He talks 'bout a guy who manufactured small planes & successfully sold over 50 planes to corporates. AFter that couple of planes crashed! So asked every customer of his to ground their planes till they fix the problem.. After 2 years of investigation & zero business, he simulates the case where the planes could crash.. Now to try this he himself takes to flight & nearly crashes before he manages to escape & ground the plane. This is what the author calls as character.. He risked his life to make sure his customers are safe. Boy, that's phenominal.

Hi
We'd an incredible PASE session last friday followed up by an amazing Conf call by Pramod Pallavi. In the conf call training, Pramod mentioned one point about habbit which really blew my mind. He said,
When you started riding cycle/bike, you'd so many problems. You had to pedal & not see it; you'd to see the road ahead & also keep an eye on the traffic ahead & behind; and where necessary use bell and at the same time balance the cycle!! You used to wonder how the next guy can go bypass you in a flash; used to wonder can I do it? But once you learnt & became a habbit, you rode the bicycle sometimes even without holding the handle!! This biz is exactly like that!! If you're wondering so many things to do, make it a habbit, things will fall in place automatically ;-) Man, it was an awesome message!
