I got this awesome message, from a mail subscription.. Made lots of sense..
"Stop for a minute and ask yourself this: Are you really building the picture you've always wanted for your life? If you're not building the picture you want, you're working on the wrong puzzle...
Sometimes, putting your life together is like trying to put a puzzle together without the cover picture on the puzzle box. How are you supposed to know how to build without a guide to help you?"
We're definitely blessed to have a guide & a mentor like you. I can't imagine now, what if you'd not shown this oppertunity to all of us. We'll make it happen, for sure.

I was reading thru' the Frank Bettger's awesome book "How I raised myself from fail to success in selling".
He says, people have hidden questions for not buying & they say a different reason. He gives a phrase as how to bring out people's hidden questions and solve them. It's mentioned VERY CLEARLY in I think chapter 12 (not sure ;-). It's a great phrase and it worked for me yes'day when I STP'd to a couple. Please grab this and read it. It's phenominal. It's the 1st thing everyone should read..

Yeah, I remember CAM Ganesh telling the same last time when he was here. In job there's no oppertunity for the employee 'coz there' a guaranty of paycheck (which is becoming rare anyways ;-) But for the employer, there's an oppertunity coz he doesn't know where his next project is gonna come from. About risk, I was reading "You can win" by Shiv khera, he says, hte biggest risk is not taking one!!
