Just read from one of the quotes I received from a mail..
"Happiness is to be found along the way, not at the end of the road, for
then the journey is over and it is too late. Today, this hour, this
minute is the day, the hour, the minute for each of us to sense the fact
that life is good, with all of its trials and troubles, and perhaps more
interesting because of them."

Hi team,
After the phenominal spring leadership function one thing which is crystal clear in my mind is the way in which Paul Miller spoke 'bout power of spoken words. Though I was using +ve words to express any feeling, it wasn't from conviction. I just spoke it very mechanically. But he said, when you speak you've to feel the same way, as if you already experiecing it. Then only it would make sense. Now I've understood "speak-what-you-want-as-if-you-already-have-it".

"The strongest oak tree of the forest is not the one that is
protected from the storm and hidden from the sun. It's the one
that stands in the open where it is compelled to struggle for its
existence against the winds and rains and the scorching sun."

On sat'day we'd a SHAH level team meeting in Koramangala. Sabeer Ahmed qualified as a NEW GOLD this month. He said if you ever feel uncomfortable you can rest be assured that you're closer to SUCCESS. If you ever feel comfortable during the process of achieving (watching TV, attending marriage etc) you've to think & ask your upline, is the right direction?? It made real sense. On sunday I stp'd to Ashish Mondal (the Bengali I Met in Mindtree). He lives in a place after Indiranagar (near old Binmangala temple). It's one of the most uncomfortable place to live (not passing -ve, just a plain fact ;-) I struggled hard to find the place for 1.5 hours. I almost gave up, before I remembered what Sabir Bhai said. Again searched his place in the same slum & finally found him. I was all excited & showed him the plan. There was obsolutely no smile on this guy. He wasn't showing any response at all. Finally when I asked "sounds exciting right?".. He said .. I've to ask my father/uncle.. I asked him "Why?".. He said .. "I want to do this fulltime in Kolkota!!" He's to take his father's permission to go to Kolkota back.. This week he'll find out whether he's going to Kolkota or not.
